Here's the thing though there is no guarantee that ANY pregnancy will result in a live birth. Late term miscarriages, in utero death, and stillbirths happen. I get so tired of people assigning personhood to a fetus that isn't even guaranteed to go to term AND/OR be born alive. Yes, a fetus at 24 weeks gestation or later *can* live if born, but most abortions are illegal after 20 weeks, unless there is a threat to the mother's life.
